Delivery of goods purchased in our store is free.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SHIP IN DIFFERENT PACKAGING?
If you have an order for several items, each item may be shipped from another international warehouse, depending on which of them will be available, or from which warehouse it will be more profitable to deliver the goods. Alternatively, if an item is popular and not stocked in the same stock, we may ship your items at different times and in different packages to prevent delays in your order and get it to you as quickly as possible!
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from any of our many domestic and international warehouses and they will go out of their way to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our offerings, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive in the US. If the item is in stock in our US warehouse, delivery will be faster. Delivery to other countries may take approximately 2-4 weeks (depends on product to product) due to long distance travel and customs duties. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offerings, these are only estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If the order is stuck in customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in such cases, since the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster delivery and full tracking if possible. Please see our Refunds and Returns Policy for when they may apply to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Prices listed on our website are tax-exempt in US dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be due after your order arrives at the final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs office in your country.
