OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY
All products come with a FREE 30-day replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If your purchase is not as described, or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will ensure that all your concerns are resolved as soon as possible.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange delivery of the right items or refund all your payments.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at supportathletixx@gmail.com - we will replace or refund your purchase upon confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any misuse of the purchased product.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To receive a refund, follow these steps:
Items can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used items or merchandise damaged by the buyer cannot be returned.
Request a return authorization number and send an email to supportathletixx@gmail.com with the detailed reason for the return and product photos or videos to support your reason. Upon approval, you will receive an RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can ship the item you wish to return.
Please use a traceable postal service to guarantee returns, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as well as as we do not cover customs fees for returns)
Upon receipt of the package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A return receipt will be sent to the email address you used for the original purchase.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is provided (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Some types of goods are exempt from returns. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
DELAY OR NO REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a return is sent out.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and fees charged to us for refunds by credit card companies.
Wrong reasons:
The customer no longer needs these items - this is the most common example that we cannot follow if we want to continue to offer great value on Athletixx. The buyer must make sure that he wants to buy the goods before sending the order, and not after. Once an order has been submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in that order.
